I welded and milled profiles
These profiles are produced by welding standard laminated plates or plates from laser cutting, then they are straightened and milled on the sides where the bearings slide.
They have big dimensions, but they guarantee a good precision anyway and a good coupling between bearing and profile.
They are used in heavy industry, from fork lift masts to big store handling machines.

UNI Fe 510C - Wnr. 1.0553 - DIN St. 52-3 U - EN 10025 (S355J0 / S450)
Realizzati in acciaio Fe510.C sono totalmente lavorati sulle piste di contatto dei rulli e sui bordi laterali. Ciò consente accoppiamento con cuscinetti a giuochi estremamente contenuti e controllati.

Lunghezza max di produzione: 12 metri
Possono essere forniti in lunghezze fino a 12 m. e su richiesta, già provvisti del foro per l'alloggiamento perno del cuscinetto e della fresatura della piattabanda.
